Celebrate the arrival of the 2026 Beaujolais Nouveau with an afternoon of wine, warmth and wonderful company at No.20 Berkeley Square, Clifton. Beaujolais Nouveau — a light, fruity red from the Beaujolais region, made from Gamay grapes by carbonic maceration — is a vin de primeur, bottled and enjoyed within weeks of harvest and released each year on the third Thursday of November; expect bright red-fruit character with notes of banana and bubblegum, best served slightly chilled. No.20 members DBM Wines will introduce and appraise the vintage, with charcuterie, cheeses and pâté graze platters, our returning accordionist John Slater, and — new for 2026 — the Flaming Feathers Dance Troupe bringing a flourish of Can Can dancing. Arrive from 12.30pm for a 1pm start. Whether you're a seasoned sommelier or here for the joie de vivre, this is your invitation to toast the taste of autumn.
