Cannon Fire & Security goes wireless for Charles Pugh Glass

← The Journal

A three-day, fully wireless fire system install — no closures, no fuss.

When vehicle-glass wholesaler Charles Pugh Glass needed to retire a 25-year-old fire alarm, No.20 member Cannon Fire & Security answered with something rather more modern: a fully wireless, EN 54-certified SmartNet-100 system, fitted across warehouse and workshop in just three days without closing a single door.

As managing director Dominic Gundry-White observes, a hard-wired equivalent would have taken two to three weeks. Quiet, capable work - reported by The Fire Safety Event - and exactly the sort of composure under a deadline we rather admire.
