ICA Group grows its footprint

Insider Media reports that ICA Group — the quality and site-inspection consultancy, and a No.20 member — has acquired Align Building Control, broadening its reach across the built environment, from student accommodation to residential developments. A subsidiary of Bath's CEPS Plc, ICA was advised on the deal by the Cheltenham corporate team at HCR Law.
