Our property member's year-end review finds a market of consolidation — and the patient buyer rewarded once again.
No.20 member Woottons has published a considered year-end review of the South West property market, drawn from the practice's own instructions across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire and beyond. Transaction volume eased through 2025, the note finds, but value held firmer still — the signature, as Woottons puts it, of a market sorting itself rather than retreating, with 'good and unrepeatable' land and country houses trading strongest of all.
Measured, evidence-led reading of exactly the kind the practice makes its habit. The full review is on the Woottons website.
